旅游业不景，特首梁振英借机诿过反水货客「违法」示威，令旅游业受到打击，要「促销」救亡；早前梁又曾言，大陆客赴港人数下跌，去澳门的却增加，呼吁港人「大局为重」。不过澳门一个豪华钟表展，原订下月初在澳门一赌场酒店举行，但官网突宣布取消，声明异常诚实，直言是因为大陆现有「反贪政治危机」（ political crisis in China of " Fighting corruption"），不同级别的官员进入赌场均受限，因此取消展览。
一直有分析指出，大陆的反贪潮，严重影响香港的奢侈品消费，及澳门的博彩收入，甚至令澳门去年第4季的本地生产总值(GDP)按年实质收缩17.2%，而全年亦收缩0.4%。
宣布取消的钟表展名为"Europe Asian Watch Jewelry & Antique Coins Show"，原订于5月2日－3日在英皇娱乐酒店举行。主办单位的取消声明全文如下：
Dear Exhibitors & Visitors,
We apologize for our up coming May 2nd- 3rd 2015 Watch, Jewelry, & Antique coins Show shall be cancel due to recent political crisis in China of " Fighting corruption".
The means of this act is to prohibited any levels of Governors entering Casino, and with our Show venue hosting at Casino Hotel, this shall lead to direct impact on our VIP Customers admission.
Base on this important criteria, we have no other alternative but to cancel this up coming show in May.
We apologize for all inconvenience caused, yet admission of audience & Vendor''s benefit are utmost importance concerns for us. We shall be re-scheduling for future show dates.
