阿汤哥还要出售他的比佛利山庄（BeverlyHills）豪宅，开价5000万美元，目前正低调让不动产仲介向特定客户展示超过1万平方英尺的豪宅。汤姆克鲁斯在2007年以3050万美元买下这栋附游泳池和网球场的房产。
53岁的阿汤哥去年也计画脱手位在科罗拉多州298英亩房产，开价5900万美元。
汤姆克鲁斯求售的好莱坞山庄豪宅包括2.5英亩的小丘，结合10年前购入的两笔房产建成，当时两笔交易合计1165万美元。阿汤哥为自己量身打造豪宅，新增了石造步道等设施。
两层楼的主房由玻璃墙、厚木地板、义大利农庄风格厨房及3间卧房。可鸟瞰整个市区的景观。
豪宅的客房和主栋建筑分开，有独立的厨房、4间卧房及4套卫浴。建筑内还有石造的品酒空间和酒窖。
户外露台座落在潟湖风格的游泳池，还有水疗设备和瀑布造景。
