我为什么说中国的决策层是白痴？

去年股市推那么高，居然还找了个好的理由是利于公司从股市融资因为很多公司借不到钱或者借钱成本太高。

当时听到这个说法我差点没笑喷出来，cost of capital is always determine bymarket. Dumb firms cannot get capital cheaply whether via debt or equity.

Creating an equity bubble to let dumb companies raise equity more cheaply isequivalent to stealing cash from ordinary investors because the bubble willeventually burst.

这一点就可以看出所谓中国的决策层不是为赵家人利益服务就是脑门一拍做天真的幻想，这种决策层能斗赢索罗斯才是奇迹。
