共和党总统参选人川普竞选时不断批中国，但他四岁的外孙女艾拉贝拉(Arabella)却从小就跟着保母学中文，除夕夜还穿着红色绣花改良式唐装搭配纱裙，用中文为父母和弟弟约瑟夫唱歌唸诗，一起迎接中国春节。

川普34岁的爱女伊凡卡(Ivanka)10日在Instagram贴出短片，附文说：“艾拉贝拉在刚过去的星期天晚上，想在上床前举行中国春节派对。她打扮起来，为贾瑞(伊凡卡丈夫)、约瑟夫和我唱歌和唸诗。”
在短片中，艾拉贝拉背后的窗子上挂著大大的“福”字。伊凡卡说：“这是非常可爱的猴年，春节快乐。”
伊凡卡2011年怀艾拉贝拉时，就表示她为了准备当母亲看了很多书，并誓言让女儿从小就接触其他语言。
伊凡卡坚守承诺，艾拉贝拉18个月大就开始学中文，伊凡卡也经常分享女儿学习中文和中国文化成果的影片和照片，并称赞“了不起的中国保母”。
去年春节艾拉贝拉打扮成小红帽迎接羊年，而伊凡卡贴出女儿穿着在中国文化代表吉祥快乐的红衣。
伊凡卡当过模特儿，现为川普组织发展和并购部门执行副总裁。她2009年与纽约另一个房地产家族的库希纳(JaredKushner)结婚，先后生了一女一儿，现在又怀了八个月身孕。
她与可能成为父亲竞选总统劲敌的喜莱莉?克林顿的独生女雀儿喜是闺蜜，雀儿喜还宣称：“伊凡卡一点都不肤浅。我觉得这是她很了不起的地方，因为任何人像她这么漂亮，可能都会非常肤浅。”
