2013年上海精武第十一届太极传统武术比赛各式太极拳第一名。

2014年第十二届香港国际武术节传统杨氏太极拳金牌。

2014年第十二届香港国际武术节传统杨氏太极刀金牌。

2014年第十二届香港国际武术节传统杨氏太极剑金牌。

2014年在伦敦进行文化交流。

2015年加入上海市卢湾区精武武术协会。

2015年7月加入[在行]尝试互联网模式，并成为平台最受欢迎行家之一。

2015-2016年在伦敦留学。

叶泳湘出生于1986年，沪上书香世家，外祖父毕业于黄埔军校，外祖母吴静霞与母亲陈铁玲皆师从一代杨氏太极宗师傅钟文，母更为傅钟文第五代杰出弟子，追随傅老近30年，常与傅老一同登台，曾获得数个国内冠军和国际金牌，为其得意门生。

叶泳湘3岁习太极拳，6岁即参加演出，8岁至12岁曾修习少林，故能融汇外家内家，对太极有独到理解。此后余专心太极。精通杨氏传统太极85(105)式，简化太极24式，太极剑，太极刀，太极棍，以及太极功法等。

其母陈铁玲，从14岁起，就跟随名扬中外的杨氏太极拳宗师傅钟文老师学拳，在刻苦钻研太极拳多年后，对其的精髓有深刻的理解。曾在上海市虹口体育场教授杨氏太极拳，并在上海市虹口第一第二俱乐部，交通大学和中医研究所等单位担任拳师，任永年太极拳社理事。从70年代起，曾多次应中外文化交流及太极拳协会的邀请，进行国内外的表演访问。90年代起接受过《武林》《武术健身》《中国妇女》《文汇报》等多家国内外杂志的太极拳专题采访。与此同时也参加过很多太极拳比赛，并在1994年上海举行的精武国际武术锦标赛中取得太极拳金牌并被英文版中国妇女杂志誉为太极拳女传人。

叶泳湘2004年考入上海体育学院本科，同年起随母开始太极教学至今11载，积累了丰富的授课经验。以拳架松沉大气，教学因材施教，循循善诱寓教于乐为特点，并能流利使用中英文双语教学，使每位学生在学习太极的过程中找到乐趣。

现为杨氏太极第六代传人、专业私人太极教练、复旦大学EMBA太极会老师，为知名企业家定制太极课程。主持大型公开课，企业培训团队课，社会健康公益课。参加演出活动等。

现在上海等地开展太极与传统文化研修活动，并往来伦敦留学，传播太极文化。
