2009年12月28日，financial 公司腰身一变成了所谓的“全美电视台”了。 签字人的名字变了洋名字，但签的字却一模一样。
这也太牛逼了，按照该公司自己的说法：AMTV全美电视台是全美覆盖最广，受众基数最大的中文电视台，目前已覆盖美国14城市（洛杉矶、圣地亚哥、旧金山、纽约、波士顿、费城、丹佛、西雅图、迈阿密、凤凰城、拉斯维加斯、达拉斯、奥斯汀等），英文、中文、韩文和日文收视人群超过8200万。
MTV全美电视台44频道（数字频道51）经多年来的建设与发展，以成为全美覆盖范围最大、收视率最高的以华语为主的多语种综合电视台，包括无线电视台、有线电视台15个数字频道、10套节目（3套中文节目，1套韩语、1套日语、5套英文节目），以及通过机顶盒、移动应用、社交媒体联播全天24小时播放，所有无线电视和有线电视用户、互联网用户、移动用户均可免费或付费收看。
更牛逼的是，这公司还是第一个美国电视台和中国中央电视台合作的的西海岸电视台。
