Steppe Gold (TSX: STGO) is a precious metals exploration and development company focused on opportunities in Mongolia. The Company owns the advanced-staged ATO Project in Mongolia, acquired in 2017 from Centerra Mongolia, a subsidiary of Centerra Gold Inc. The Company has an objective to commence production in the first quarter of 2019. Steppe Gold has also acquired an additional exploration-stage mineral property in Mongolia, the Uudam Khundii (UK) property.

Flagship ATO Project is an advanced stage gold project, with a low capital cost of US$20M and first gold pour expected in Q1 2019.

US$23M gold and silver streaming agreement with Triple Flag Mining Finance and proceeds from C$25m IPO in May 2018 to construct the ATO Project.

Uudam Khundii (“UK”) Project: Steppe Gold owns 14,400 hectares in a first of its kind, 80/20 JV with the provincial government of Bayankhongor. The Company is currently assessing over 200,000 hectares of exploration licenses for further acquisition.

JEREMY SOUTH – SVP AND CFO AT STEPPE GOLD
Jeremy has been a director of Steppe Gold since March 2017. He has over 30 years of experience in M&A, capital markets and private equity in Europe, North America and Australia, including senior positions in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, NatWest Markets and Deloitte. For 10 years ending December 2016, Jeremy was Global Leader, Mining M&A Advisory at Deloitte. Based in Beijing for four years, he advised leading Asian trading houses and financial investors on mining M&A, financing and strategy, and he counted some of Asia’s largest companies as clients. Jeremy has worked on a number of mining transactions in Mongolia and has a strong network of contacts in the country. Jeremy is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University (Australia). Jeremy also acts as Chairman of Aldridge Minerals Inc.
STEFAN WHITE - PORTFOLIO MANAGER AT LIM ADVISORS
LIM Advisors is a Hong Kong based investment company established in 1995 and with total assets under management of approximately US$2bn. Stefan’s mandate at LIM includes private debt investments in mining and mining services. Prior to joining LIM Stefan worked in an executive finance capacity with a large Indonesian coal mining conglomerate. Previous to that Stefan worked at Lazard and at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell working on numerous corporate finance, restructuring and project finance mandates, principally in SE Asia. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
