小虾烙饼

配料:
小河虾150克、普通面粉200克、盐一小勺、姜适量、葱适量、食用油适量
烹饪步骤:
1.先将面粉放一个大碗里

4.盖好保鲜膜,醒发一个小时

10.分成4个等量的剂子按扁

22.锅中火加热后,加入油(这个锅是专门烙饼的,也可以用平底锅)
