卖口罩，算发国难财吗？
哥记得疫情初期高价卖口罩的人不在少数，也引起了大家对于“国难财”的一波讨伐。
哥今天看了一部纪录片《口罩猎人》，挺有意思的，想跟大伙儿聊聊。
首先说下，在特殊时期，口罩确实暴利。
打个比方，口罩里最重要的熔喷布，在疫情期间价格最高翻了20倍，利润达到300%。

利润高到连军火商都不卖军火了，改卖口罩了。
哥猜，可能也是这种暴利让大家把倒卖口罩和发国难财画上了等号。但世界不是非黑即白这么简单，现实的复杂只凭道德很难判定。
比如《口罩猎人》里的年轻人林栋。
林栋三十岁，他在土耳其的任务就是和各种军火商和黑手党打交道，身上揣着几亿巨款，保镖贴身保护现金交易，为各国寻找合适的口罩资源。
整个一个现实主义大片。
哥看完脑子里第一反应就是一句“富贵险中求”。真的，这一趟买卖，险象环生惊心动魄。
第一个险的地方就是“钱”，身怀宝藏难免引来饿狼。
林栋是整个欧洲市场上最大的中国买家，手里有最多的口罩和资金，动辄就是上亿美金的交易额。

林栋显眼到什么地步，当地人全知道香格里拉酒店里有两个中国人，“财大气粗”。
每天都有一堆人等在香格里拉的酒店大堂，等着和林栋谈生意。

三月份，国内疫情缓解，国外隐隐有了爆发趋势。
口罩已经成为稀缺品，用林栋的话来说属于“战略物资”。手里屯了这么多资源和钱，目标忒大。
不说别的，要是你身上绑了一百万现金在闹市区溜达一圈，你怵不怵？
就这个胆识，哥确实是佩服他。
林栋找了最好的安保公司，在这种四面楚歌的环境中，保镖贴身保护那是必须的。但到底是保护钱还是保护口罩，哥不得而知。

第二险就是水太深，一个外乡人很难掺和。
哥前面说过，在高昂的暴利驱使下，连军火商都转行做口罩，可想而知当地的口罩市场有多混乱，一句犬牙交错来形容不为过。

采买口罩原料，不是拿一笔巨款疯狂砸工厂就可以的。
因为很多时候工厂也没有货，货其实都被各种各样形形色色的小中间商拿走了。要想拿到货源，跟当地黑市交易，这基本是一件绕不开的事儿。
毕竟身上那么多钱，闻着味儿找来的骗子真不少。

之前有一家供应商跟林栋约在医院门口见面。等到双方碰头，对方又说货不在这里，保密起见不允许林栋带多余的人去看货。
黑道交易的既视感一下就来了。
结果等到林栋到另一个看货的地方，对方又换了位置，哥上次看到这么谨慎的交易，还是在电影里看绑匪索要赎金。

好不容易到了对方的厂房，发现对方压根儿没有熔喷布，做出来的全是无纺布。对方直接拿出了一纸证明称“出口没问题”。

这还是林栋成功避坑了。要说有没有被坑过？也有。
林栋曾经和一家工厂签订合同，120万美金都交了，最后对方要给他的货是这样的。

花几百万，买个破布兜子，气不气？你想取消交易，但人家就是不还钱，你能咋整？

借助地头蛇的力量，必不可免。
看完《口罩猎人》，哥觉得最险的地方不是和各方势力的周旋，真正紧张的故事全在谈判桌上。

已经说过，在那个时期，就是谁有货谁最牛，卖家不爽了就不卖你，反正接盘的人到处都是。
所以即便林栋是最大的中国采买商，但在面对卖家时，议价权依然微乎其微。
好不容易找到了一家正经的熔喷布卖家，结果对方提出的价格十分高昂，每吨三万五美元，除去关税运输等成本，林栋几乎没有任何赚头。

随后双方就针对价格展开了拉锯战。
林栋说可以资源置换以物易物，卖家说：我不要物资，我只想要钱。
林栋说我可以帮你打入中国市场，卖家说：我不想进中国市场，我只想要钱。
林栋说希望长期合作能便宜点，卖家说：也行，先交1200万美金，反正我还是最想要钱。
大家可以看看这个谈判过程，一场谈判从白天到晚上也没个结果。概括起来就是你退一步我进一步你进一步我再退一步，双方进进退退好像在跳野狼disco，实在谈不来最后只能打感情牌。
太难了。
原来这才是真正的商战，建议国内编剧集体学习一下。
看到这我知道大伙儿肯定要骂，林栋趁着疫情，四处采买口罩原料赚了这么多钱，还不叫发国难财？
买卖口罩从中获利这件事情，林栋并不避讳。

但大伙儿仔细想想，赚钱有错吗？低买高卖本就是商业最基础的规则。
林栋只是一个完成订单的人，首先得先有机构发了订单，他的货才有去处。他并没有囤货居奇炒作口罩，他只是完成任务。

而且大家要知道一个条件，当时在全球各国都封闭出口的条件下，医疗物资都憋在各国卖家手里无法出口。
如果没有林栋这样的人利用能力和资源让这些被封闭的医疗物资流动起来，对于绝大多数需要物资的普通人来说可能就是灾难。

当真的有需求，买家不会在意价格多高，他只会在意买不买得到。
让资源合理配置，或许才是商业的本质。
况且林栋也付出了极高的人力成本、精力成本，林栋称这笔买卖他已经垫资上亿，担负很多风险，无论是安全上还是资金上，一个操作失误，他也会赔的裤衩也不剩。

军火商的这段对话，哥觉得挺有意思的。
“你喜欢口罩生意还是军火生意”
“我喜欢我的工作”
言外之意，卖啥没有区别，利益才是要义。
《口罩猎人》全片只有七八十分钟，整个篇幅虽然不长，但哥从其中感受到了难得的真实和勇气。
一个商人最真实的想法，和一个年轻人最本能的焦虑。

一个年轻人在乱局之中冒着风险大浪淘金的同时，解决了很多人的困境，从结果来说其实是件好事儿。
但谋利这个目的就让他的生意变得不值得“歌颂”，变成了“发国难财”，这确实有点矛盾。

只要赚钱了，就是不道德的吗？林栋一没卖假货，二没囤货炒价，这也算发国难财吗？
林栋选择的生存之道无法被所有人认同，但他创造的价值的确无法否定。他只是时代浪潮中千万条小船中的其中一个，他不做这件事儿，也会有其他人做。
其实哥也挺好奇一个问题，当“林栋”越来越多，那这个世界是会变得更加有序规整，还是变成一个丛林社会.
