但是对于田口奈津子来说，橡皮是一种艺术。

成为橡皮章女职人，其实是一个意外。
田口奈津子虽然从小就喜欢绘画，但是因为家人反对，她大学读的是热门的建筑行业，毕业后也顺利成为了一名建筑师。
但她并不能从建筑行业得到乐趣，一直在寻找能够重新绘画的机会。

念念不忘，必有回响。
有一次在建筑讨论会上，田口奈津子看到邻座的前辈，桌子上放了一块橡皮章。
前辈看她感兴趣，就把橡皮章送给了她，还告诉了她很多关于橡皮章的事情。
田口奈津子说，她和橡皮章，几乎是“一见钟情”。
“我一直想在绘画和建筑之中，找到一个平衡点，而橡皮章就是那个平衡点。”

她无论去哪，都会随身带一个小本子，看到新的花朵和植物，有了新的灵感都会赶快记下来，回家就用橡皮来实验。
日本几乎所有植物，都被田口奈津子做成了橡皮章。

制作简单的橡皮章并不难：先在橡皮上勾勒出图案。

用专业的雕刻刀，把橡皮上多余的部分剔除掉。

雕刻完成后，选择自己喜欢的印泥颜色进行上色。
上色后力道均匀地按压在白纸上，就可以了。

但田口奈津子的野心，并不止于此。
她希望用橡皮也能达到日本浮世绘的效果，让人根本看不出来是印出来的。

为实现野心，田口奈津子每月都会花超过一半的工资，从网上一次性购买几百块大橡皮，和几十种颜色不一的涂料。
如果颜色不好看，她甚至会自己动手调新颜色。

成功学上有个理论叫做1万小时定律：
“人们眼中的天才之所以卓越非凡，并非天资超人一等，而是付出了持续不断的努力。
1万小时的锤炼是任何人，从平凡变成世界级大师的必要条件。”
田口奈津子从小白成为大师，也经历了10000个小时的磨练，如今的她已经雕刻了上千块橡皮章，光是常用的颜料就有50多种！

“从网上定制了很多放橡皮章的水晶架子，即便那时候我还没有从橡皮章上赚到钱，但是那是精进技艺不可或缺的付出，无论是金钱还是时间。”

它的雕刻是十分精细的：
仔细看你会发现，荷花瓣上边的脉络都清晰可见。

上色也很讲究：先用一层淡淡的青色打底，然后在中间的位置再刷一层靓蓝色。
层层上色才会有层次感，颜色过渡才会自然。

有时候主体是整块雕刻，但是也可以添加一些别的橡皮章元素：

平常人二十多块就足够心烦意乱了，但她不仅不会心烦意乱，反而说：
“很喜欢这种复杂的制作，因为这是一个很好地令人放松解压的过程，
切割它时柔软的手感，和创作时候天马行空的想象，都很容易让人上瘾。”
