Turnberry Ocean Club高54层，由建筑师Carlos Zapata、Robert Swedroe共同打造，整个建筑以通透的玻璃幕墙结构呈现，巨大的阳台是该建筑设计中非常重要部分，寻找人与自然的完美互动。

公寓的公共空间设计在1-3层及30-32层，其中30-32层也称为空中会所，体现更高级、更舒适的私享服务，而1-3层则是更基础性的服务空间，比如咖啡吧、阅览室、儿童游乐室、影音室等等。
