男子在酒店住三天花37万，酒店拒绝和解不让步

近日，谢先生在桂林水印长廊酒店交了37万房费，约定在该酒店“紫云居四居别墅”入住30天，双方签下合同。没住几天，谢先生因公干退房离开桂林。谢先生返回桂林后想续住，酒店方却将谢先生租的别墅预定给了其他人。协商无果后，谢先生拨打消费者协会求助，酒店方以“已履行完合同”为由，拒绝调解。（桂林生活网）
