川普宣布：对中国关税提升至125％！

中美关税战持续当中，中国9日宣布反制措施，将美国所有进口商品的关税提升至84％。不料，美国总统川普于美东时间9日中午再宣布，美国将提高对中国的关税至125%。另外，有超过75个国家与美国进行协商，未对美国进行任何形式的报复，基于此，川普授权一项为期90天的“暂停措施”，期间大幅降低互惠关税至10%，并即刻生效。

美国总统川普透过自家社群媒体Truth Social发文内容如下：

鉴于中国对全球市场缺乏应有的尊重，我特此宣布，即刻起，美国对中国征收的关税将提高至125%。希望在不久的将来，中国能认识到，剥削美国及其他国家的日子已经无法持续，也不再被接受。

另一方面，基于超过75个国家已经联系了美国的代表，包括商务部、财政部与美国贸易代表署（USTR），以协商关于贸易、贸易壁垒、关税、货币操纵与非货币性关税等议题的解决方案，并且这些国家在我的强烈建议下，未对美国进行任何形式的报复，基于此，我已授权一项为期90天的“暂停措施”，并在此期间大幅降低互惠关税至10%，亦即刻生效。

Based on the lack of respect that China has shown to theWorld’s Markets, I am hereby raising the Tariff charged to China bythe United States of America to 125%, effective immediately. Atsome point, hopefully in the near future, China will realize thatthe days of ripping off the U.S.A., and other Countries, is nolonger sustainable or acceptable. Conversely, and based on the factthat more than 75 Countries have called Representatives of theUnited States, including the Departments of Commerce, Treasury, andthe USTR, to negotiate a solution to the subjects being discussedrelative to Trade, Trade Barriers, Tariffs, Currency Manipulation,and Non Monetary Tariffs, and that these Countries have not, at mystrong suggestion, retaliated in any way, shape, or form againstthe United States, I have authorized a 90 day PAUSE, and asubstantially lowered Reciprocal Tariff during this period, of 10%,also effective immediately.
