 　　上海铸达律师事务所劳动法部门负责人张驰接触过大量职校生求助。他介绍，中介和学校抽成主要有两种方式：

　　一是赚时薪差价——工厂给中介25元/小时，中介给学校20元，学校发给学生15元，10元差价被瓜分。300名学生每月工作26天、每天10小时，学校仅靠差价就能净赚39万元；几千人的学校月入上百万。

　　二是人头费——张驰接触到的广东某电子厂案子中，中介付学校500元/人，先付一半，学生干满实习再付尾款。“所以学校要派带队老师死死看住学生，保证‘资产’不流失。”
