17日，陈建州从ICU转到普通病房后发长文，“这次我真的从鬼门关前走了一遭”，透露自己不抽烟、不喝酒、也不应酬，“但我确实有一个改不掉的坏习惯，就是‘不睡觉’，每天都晚睡早起，已经维持了很长一段时间。”他还晒出病房中和王力宏、范玮琪、唐志中等人的合照。
