 　　当地时间9日，加拿大、丹麦、德国、法国、意大利外长、日本(专题)外务大臣及荷兰、英国外交大臣发表联合声明，对美国宣布对国际刑事法院实施制裁感到遗憾并强烈反对。他们重申对国际刑事法院独立性、公正性和廉洁性的持续而坚定的支持。

　　声明称，将团结一致支持国际刑事法院，并致力于与非缔约国开展建设性和包容性的对话，为2026年12月举行的缔约国大会做好准备。

　　美国国务卿鲁比奥9日发表声明称，美方正在制裁国际刑事法院。同日，针对美国财政部将国际刑事法院列入制裁名单，国际刑事法院表示，美方制裁旨在干扰法院工作，恐吓法院的合作者，国际刑事法院不会屈服于美方的压力。
