 　　父亲101岁，母亲106岁，女儿透露：父母长寿秘诀是猪油炒菜，爱吃肥肉。

　　近日，来自安徽安庆的张女士照顾百岁父母十年了。父亲实岁100，母亲105。她家炒菜一年四季都用猪油，菜是自己种的，没打过农药，老两口爱吃肥肉，但最大的“养生”是劳动。

　　“生命在于运动，（父母）如果能动的话，都会干活，基本上不停歇。”张女士说，父母的长寿没什么玄机，就是顺着老人，让他们按自己的节奏慢慢过日子。
