　　多家美媒11月2日报道，法庭记录及诉讼文件显示，美国前西点军校生凯莱布·苏（Caleb Suh，其父为美国退伍军人事务部韩裔幕僚长梁·苏）在军校营房内迷晕怀孕女友并强行施药致其流产，竟然在认罪前后入读两所常春藤盟校：康奈尔大学与哥伦比亚大学。

　　案发于2022年3月，受害人为西点军校二年级19岁女学员。

　　诉状及认罪供述显示，女方坚持留住胎儿，苏曾以自杀相威胁逼其堕胎未果。随后，苏冒用女方身份网购堕胎药，并获取赞安诺（Xanax）与异丙嗪等镇静药物。苏在女方营房内谎称饮品为“特制孕期蛋白粉”，强行灌其饮下。待女方陷入半昏迷后，苏将堕胎药塞入其口中与阴道。女方苏醒后发现大量出血，拨打911送医后接受了清宫手术。

　　案发后，苏隐瞒违纪调查转入康奈尔大学并于今年顺利毕业。

　　今年6月，苏在曼哈顿联邦法院就袭击重罪认罪，检方正寻求判处其2年监禁。

　　认罪后，苏于今年9月顺利进入哥伦比亚大学攻读公共卫生硕士。经辩护律师申请，法院已批准将其量刑推迟至明年1月，以便其完成学期学业。受害女性已于10月28日以化名在纽约州法院提起民事侵权诉讼。
