　　美国中文网报道 食品和药品监督管理局（FDA）周三批准Revolution Medicines的靶向药Rasonque用于治疗已接受过至少一种系统治疗，或不适合接受多药联合治疗的转移性胰腺腺癌成年患者。该药也是首款获批用于这一疾病的广谱RAS靶向治疗。

　　Rasonque是一种每日口服一次的药物，主要通过抑制多种RAS蛋白发挥作用。RAS蛋白是多数胰腺腺癌肿瘤生长的重要驱动因素。

　　此次批准基于一项涉及500名既往接受过治疗的转移性胰腺腺癌患者的临床试验。结果显示，接受Rasonque治疗的患者中位总生存期为13.2个月，而标准化疗组为6.7个月，接近翻倍。

　　FDA表示，该药还获得了突破性疗法、孤儿药和优先审评资格。常见副作用包括皮疹、腹泻、口腔炎、恶心、疲劳和腹痛等。

　　Revolution Medicines目前尚未公布该药的具体定价和上市供应安排。
