香煎鲜虾蔬菜卷

配料:
饼皮用料:、面粉125g、鸡蛋2个、清水160g、橄榄油20g、馅料:、鲜虾适量、胡萝卜小半个、韭菜一小把、盐适量、蚝油适量、鸡精适量、姜末适量、煎制用油适量
烹饪步骤:
1.面粉秤重,打人两个鸡蛋

2.再倒入清水,用蛋抽搅拌成糊

8.拌匀后备用
